The Northwestern Polytechnic Master Plan is an update to the previous master plan as the institution transitioned from a regional college to a polytechnic.

The plan considers the key challenges facing the institution, as well as present and future space needs. Informed by research, growth projections, and utilization data, the plan forecasts future polytechnic demand.

Aligning with Northwestern’s strategic and academic plans, the master plan update identifies opportunities for strategic interventions, establishes capital planning priorities, and creates a framework to guide future campus development.
