The Camosun College Campus Renewal Feasibility Study is a continuation of the goals and potential moves defined in the campus master plan and the original campus renewal project.

It is the first phase in the long-term evolution of each campus, adding detail and information to concepts identified in the master plan to explore the tangibility of proposed space usage.

Often called the concept design phase of a project, the campus renewal feasibility study tests and checks master plan ideas by digging deeper into which spaces are needed, how they flow together, and considers where they should be located.

One of the projects that emerged from the Campus Renewal project was the Wilna Thomas Student Hub Renovation, also completed by Thinkspace.
