The UFV B150 & 158 projects are located in Building B at the University of the Fraser Valley. The projects originated as one singular project but were separated during the tendering stage due to budget restraints.

The B158 project provides a new office area and seminar space. The larger B150 space houses the Campus Planning and Facilities Department at the University of the Fraser Valley.

The design intent looks to find natural and built influences in the color and material selections to communicate the type of work happening in this office.

The project also looks to create new open and closed work spaces that will help influence collaboration within the department’s five hubs.
