Thinkspace is working with the Chohan Group of Companies and Eagle Builders to develop a four-storey office building in Langley. The building will support the Township of Langley’s goal of developing a business and technology park in the heart of this growing tech campus.

The 4,000m2 building will further enhance the long-range plans for the area by providing mixed-use small-scale commercial uses – notably, a 300 m2 street-oriented café – at strategic locations of the neighbourhood to allow employees to access everyday services within a convenient walking distance. The café is expected to be used primarily by surrounding businesses.

The building will also foster a sense of place in the neighbourhood by enhancing the public realm with new pedestrian plazas, public art installations, and other urban design features.
