Thinkspace was brought on by Beedie to deliver this commercial warehouse in South Surrey. The proposed project consists of a speculative building with a total footprint of approximately 61,612 square feet, located on a 3.23 acres site at 130th St, Surrey with a total of five units.

Each unit will have its own entrance, 1 rear drive-in door, and 1 or 2 rear dock doors and is proposed to include a 2-storey office, totaling approximately 17,100 square feet.

The site is encumbered by two drainage Statutory Right of Ways, running along the east property line, and coming across the site near the south end.
