Karam has worked on a variety of project types over the course of his career, including institutional, medical clinics and industrial projects.

He has a strong Revit background, and is well versed in BIM implementation, and is technically proficient in the BCBC, VBBL and NBC.

Karam is looking forward to continuing to progress his experience and take on new challenges as part of the Thinkspace team.

Outside of work, Karam is a part-time professional musician (piano / keyboard player) and a sound engineer.
