Tamara was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. She is a certified architect in her country where she earned a D.E.S.S in architecture from the Lebanese University. She has over 15 years of work experience, of which 10 years were at Dar Al Handassah, where she worked on large-scale projects such as airports and university campuses.
Tamara was introduced to BIM while at Dar and was drawn to this world. Her passion for BIM drives her to keep learning, implementing, and disseminating knowledge.
Tamara and her family moved to Canada in 2022. Her husband is pursuing his PhD in English at UBC. Their family is blessed with two curious boys who love to play, explore nature, and express themselves in music and art.
Her interests include reading, painting with watercolor (when she has time), cooking, baking, walking, swimming, and basketball.
