Osman is a registered architect from Istanbul, Turkey. He has a continuing passion for excellence in design and construction and has more than 15 years hands-on experience in the design-build environment from industrial to residential projects.
After graduating, Osman designed and managed the construction of a 30,000 sqft aluminum extrusion factory and an office building. Before he immigrated to Canada, he worked on the design and construction of a 6-storey laboratory building and a 55,000 sqft car-paint production facility. He also oversaw the completion of various renovations, office buildings, a townhouse complex, and warehouse construction.
After he came to Canada he worked with a building envelope consultant for a number of years. Osman then moved to a construction company where he worked on the design of custom homes, major renovations, and tenant improvement projects from the design to completion. His projects won two heritage awards and two Georgie gold awards.
Osman is enrolled in the Intern Architect program to pursue his goal to be a registered architect in British Columbia.
