Junior Technologist – Surrey

We are currently seeking a Junior Technologist to join our Surrey office. The ideal candidate will have experience / understanding of the preparation of construction drawings, details from sketches, development permit drawings, and building permit applications. This position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate who is inquisitive and shows the initiative and capacity to take on more responsibilities, up to and including leading small projects under the supervision of a registered architect.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Degree or Diploma (min. 2-year program) in Architectural and Building Technology from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Canada
  • Proficient technical abilities in Revit and Sketch-up
  • Self motivated with an inquisitive technical aptitude
  • Solid communication skills for a team-based working environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
