Proposal Coordinator (Part time)

We are currently looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and business development efforts for Thinkspace. You will be responsible for coordinating the proposal process, working with the marketing team, sector leads, internal team members and external consultants to develop winning submissions, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to be successful in the role:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the architecture, construction, engineering sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, as well as MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of the architecture industry, market trends, and business development practices is beneficial.
A minimum of two years of proposal experience is preferred.
