University of Alberta CAB Entrance Renovation

The CAB-SAB link required extensive upgrade to finishes and particularly to the floor. After beginning construction, it became clear that existing slab was beyond repair and the slab needed to be replaced entirely. In addition, tthe entry glazing and doors were replaced with new aluminum curtain wall components.

Part of the CAB experience, this renovation transforms what was a very dingy entry into a much better experience moving from SAB to CAB or entering from the quad. It also adds more student congregating space.
