Overview:

The King George Boulevard Development is a mixed-use building comprising residential and commercial units. The site is located at the junction of King George Boulevard and 156th Street. It is a unique triangular site with the potential for mountain views.

The commercial portion covers an area of approximately 1720sm, the residential portion is approximately 5602sm. The residential aspect of the project will comprise of 1 and 2-bedroom units, catering to a mix of singles, empty nesters, young couples and young families. Parking for the residential units will be provided in 2 levels of basement. The structure from basement level 2 to level 2 floor slab will be concrete. All remaining floors will be constructed in wood.

The main floor will be predominantly glass, lending transparency to the commercial spaces, thereby inviting and interacting with the pedestrians on King George Boulevard. In the upper levels, the corner residential units will strive to exploit the view potential offered by the site, with the provision of extended balconies and decks to these prime units.
