Belmont Secondary School is now 50% clad. It is also weathertight with the exception of Block D. Current activities include installing millwork, flooring and finishing painting in Blocks A and B, while drywall is being completed in Block D. The school is scheduled to open September 2015.

Thinkspace, in conjunction with The RPG Partnership, is currently undertaking the development of a Master Program, Master Plan and Facility Functional Assessment. The intent of the project is to align infrastructure needs to healthcare service delivery needs to the year 2040.
Lake Country’s wastewater treatment facility is now complete. The project included integrating more energy-efficient and green technology to increase the plant’s capacity to meet current and future needs of the community, as well as to protect the local aquatic ecosystem.
After more than a year behind construction fences, the Westbank Lions Hall is once again open to the public. The new Westbank Lions Hall has already hosted a few events, but will host its official grand reopening February 21st.
The Annual Tommie Gold Awards (CHBA Okanagan) recognized three recent designs from architects at Thinkspace: Robert Parlane (Best Commercial Retail/Office: Glenmore Landfill Administration Building- while working for CEI Architecture), Henk Kampman (Excellence in Single Family Detached Home $1,000,000 – $1,500,000: Guarducci Residence) and Thinkspace Architecture (Best Outside of the Box: Mar Jok Elementary).
