Marketing Coordinator (Part time)
We are looking to hire a part-time Marketing Coordinator with outstanding organizational and technical skills, and a solid understanding of current marketing techniques. Based in the Surrey office and reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality proposals and other marketing collateral
- Maintaining and updating project descriptions, practice and sector profiles, CVs and bios for technical staff, and photography database
- Preparing, formatting and editing / reviewing a range of documents
- Updating the firm’s website and other social media accounts
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Assisting with the implementation of marketing plans and creating related deliverables
- Conducting market research to identify marketing and business development opportunities
- Helping to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Maintaining and strengthening the organization’s overall brand
- Coordinating the production of marketing collateral with various vendors
- Simplifying complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids
- Undertaking other assignments as needed to support the Marketing team and firm
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of related experience (A/E/C industry preferred)
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Superb written and verbal communication skills for a collaborative team-based working environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular), plus Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools
